Access to the Customer Portal is approved either by an admin at your own organisation or by Concero, so we know exactly who can see your organisation's information.
- Sign in above with your work Microsoft or Google account — the same one you use for email.
- If you've not been set up yet, signing in automatically sends an access request. If a colleague at your organisation is already a portal admin, they can approve you straight away from the portal's Users page — no need to wait for us. Otherwise it goes to your Concero Customer Experience Manager (CXM).
- You're in. Once approved, sign in again the same way and you'll go straight to your dashboard.
💡 Already have a colleague on the portal? Ask them to approve you — a portal admin can add and approve people at your organisation without waiting for Concero.
